Original, beautifully detailed and coloured antique chromolithograph showing artifacts of American natives.
This good quality lithograph shows traditional American Indian totems, music instruments (flute), pipes, warcrafts (arrows, knives etc.) and household equipments.
The size of the print: 9,6" x 6,3" (24,5 x 16 cm) including its border.
Published in 1904, Germany, as an illustration for the 6th edition of "Meyers' Konversations Lexikon".
The print is in good condition, the paper shows its age with a creamy patina, perfect for framing.
Concerning the age of the paper - cca. 105 years - some spots can be occured on the margin and the reverse side, but these do not effect the quality of the lithograph itself as it can be seen on the scan.
Please note, that by antique prints due to their age some imperfections are to be expected.
