As far as roadside souvenirs go, this is the mother lode! Authentic coonskin cap with an added bonus...inside is the word "ALASKA" stamped in faint red block letters. Trimmed out in light brown leather and completed with a real raccoon tail.
Sized for an ADULT head, on the large side. Condition: Very good+.
•Beautiful pelt colors. Tail is complete and firmly attached.
•One quarter-sized area where fur seems to have been cut (seen in photo 1, toward the front on left side) leaving "shorter" hairs intact, and some skin "see through" along top seam, where pelts are sewn together.
•No bald spots. Does shed a little, so please handle with care!
